Am I rich or potential con victim

I have an email which says that it comes from Yahoo Lottery and give a London address.
Tells me that in conjunction with yahoo & Microsoft windows I have won £500,000.00
Says 15 people a month are selected
Asks me to provide lots of personal details, not bank details and ring;
Mr James Harold
Remittance Director. Yahoo Promotions UK
Tel +44 705 571 3956, also provides a fax number so presumably it is not a premium rate phone number.
Email address is; nationalclaims220@yahoo.es

This is not like the usual foreign emails asking for details.
Have I won some money or is it, as I suspect a con. :( Could use the money though. :D

As the old saying goes if it looks too good to be true it probably is.
Deffo a scam email IMO.

Would think it was a con but worth a phone call even if it cost a fiver just in case;)

That would appear to be a con if I'm honest - the following things seem dodgy to me:

- £500,000 to 15 people a month... thats 90 million a year.
- 07055 sounds like a dodgy number to me
- @yahoo.es... where is this? Estonia? Doesn't match with London address

Just my opinion, but I stand by the saying "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is"

if you were an organisation giving millions away would you have a yahoo address ---- I sell discounted cosmetics at a couple of quid a pop and have a "kosher" web based address. Methinks a large lottery company  could do the same !
