Vauxhall Diagnostic OBD 10 pin to 16 pin Adaptor Cable
high does any one know if i can use the above on a omega,b so you can use a normal  code reader another words make the reader work on tech 2 cars i know the paper clip test but want one that can clear, reset codes also there is a  OBD2 Tech2 USB Diagnostic Tech Opel Vauxhall Interface vier laptop and cd do they work

Thats a no in that you cannot use an OBDII scanner or a non OBDII car, adapter or not.

See that post in FAQ section, which says which works with which cars (later Omegas are OBDII)

i see now, this one is 1999 t reg manual elite estate quite rare in elite and petrol i believe may be wrong but have not found any manual elites in petrol

Rare, no.  Less common than autos.

See that post in FAQs for your code reader options (illegal ones aren't listed there)

i dont no of any illegal ones wont go down that road try and find a manual elite in petrol i have only ever come across 1 diesel elite on a/trader thats a manual
