Forgot to mention, its th philips unit with the black metal bracket, Im guessing it goes in the boot somewhere.

The shape of the bracket is throwing me off.

sure i posted up a few - the 2 mountings at back (side) line up with 2 holes (may have studs in to retain carpet), as does the long part of bracket?

you need to pick up 12v, ign, 0v, lights on, speed pulse, reverse from passenger kick panel loom.

You wouldnt happen to know which wires are which do you? as the vital link in the how to for picking up the wires is dead.

I did try and search for the images but came up with nowt, maybe Im using the wrong keywords

Carin Phlips sat nav  are the ones I tried.

Thanks

I will be taking the carin out of the MV6 soon (possibly not this side of Christmas due to time constraints), so can check the colours then.  The MV6 didn't have the 6 pin connector, so had to be wired in to the loom in passenger kick panel. IIRC, I stole the 12v and ign from the Nokia carkit mounted behind glovebox, as that was already suitably fused.
