cam followers are still rattling after changing them do i need a new oil pump as my mate suggested ?

have you tried a bottle of wynns lifter treatment?

often quietens them down quickly after work

how many miles ago were they changed?

around 120 miles ago is all

Mike dundees was like that after top end work.

bottle of treatment, and all was quiet within a few miles

Is it worth slinging some lifter treatment in mine too Jim? There’s the odd tappet that sometimes rattles on the drivers bank on mine.
