Comma ATF, any good?
« on: 24 December 2008, 11:08:02 »

Hi I'm planning in changing my ATF fluid, has anyone got any experience of Comma ATF, is it ok to use or should it be avoided.

Thanks

I think Mark used that in his Ex-plod a few years ago and didnt rate it.

Most of us use the Fuchs Titan 4000 from opie oils, a very good choice.

I would buy it from them, but I wanted to change it over the holidays and I guess I won't be getting it until after christmas. Wasn't sure about comma myself heard mixed reviews.

Cheers

Where are you? I might be in the market for it if I'm near enough to you.

I used Comma in the tractor once, unimpressed.  Saying that, the box blew up 3 weeks later, so the box was probably shagged anyway.

I use the Fuch Titan 4000, which I am happy with.  See sticky post in Parts for Sale - we have a relationship with Opie Oils who can provide it at good prices, plus extra discount for OOF :), plus they often have extra offers on as well.

Got the gaskets and stuff, just need the ATF, think I will give Opie Oils a go, any discount codes or stuff I need to get the discount, or will I just quote the OOF?

Do you think I can get the ATF before the new year?

Sign up at their site, and pick omegaowners as the affiliated club will get you the normal discount.

Check in Parts for sale (sticky thread at top) for additional offers.
