What parts should a take off

ive bought an 2000,2000cc gls facelift auto for spares for mine, im keeping all door glass,mirrors,wiper motor,wheels,radio,all relays, grill,cat,lights  So the question is what else should i take off it before it goes to the great scrap yard in the sky :y

headlights, drivers door switches, door lock solenoids, climate panel if switches are in great condition, glovebox, outside temp sensor, alternator etc etc
