If ever they sent me a bill for even a single call I would dispute it, based on the fact its impossible to make a call on their crappy network

Like it or lump it I'm going to have to pay a £400 phone bill, I can't believe it, thinking of the calls I may have gone a little bit over

Have to agree their customer service has gone down yet again recently!!!
