Those nasty admins have got everyone so scared that no one is posting. Don't listen to them. I think you should all tell them where to get off.
You will feel much better for it..honest.

I wont bother myself cause I'll get banned I'm too shy.

Can i just say one thing, ive been on a lot of car forums, and have never seen so much arguing and squabbling within the last few days. Its not something i enjoy reading on a car forum, and hope its not a regular thing

Your are right Anita, it does degenerate now and again, lots of pent up anger is released. Very unpleasant.

But don't worry too much, they're only a bunch of faggots really. ;D

I think most of what you have seen in the last few days has been regarding one member in particular, who doesnt mind being controversial and forthright. Some people dislike this particular member and were taking the ooportunity to say so.
Generally speaking it is friendly banter on OOF, and if it does start to get out of hand the Admins nip it in the bud pretty quickly. :y

Watch that STMO though, he is a right stirrer. :y ;D

There are about 100 regular posters on the forum, out of which about 10 push the rules on language and "politeness" to whatever limit they think they can achieve .. without any consideration for the many others reading.

In their opinion the "banter" is their right and if others don't like it .. "well don't read it" is the usual response.

Unfortunately this lack of respect for others views/opinions just keeps recurring. It has caused several members to stop posting/leave in the past, and will probably do so again. But as long as they have their little "fun" they don't care.

The only thing you can do is to ignore them, any response .. like this one .. will simply generate further hostility ....:(

I don't care .. I'm old enough and ugly enough..  I've said it before .. and been ignored before ...

Please don't let the "few" spoil your enjoyment of the forum ... there are many far more polite people around.
