Hi dose anyone know if a 2.5v6 exhaust will fit on a 2.6v omega?

Yes as long as it's for the same body type or. Saloon/Saloon or Estate/estate  ;)

Technically the back box is different facelift to pre facelift, but this difference is simply the length of the exhaust tips... Everything else is the same :y

just to add
we assume he means cat flanges backwards as obviously the FULL exhaust is different with the single vs double cats and o2 sensors.

The that's fair, although the length from manifold flanges to the back edge of the back box is unchanged for the same body style  ;)
