Best way Steve, I wouldn't attempt any bulb changes on the Range Rover & again on SWMBOS Toyota all far too technical for me now for the sake of a few quid let the garage sort it.

I should point out that this wasn’t my car, I was helping someone out who has to watch the pennies. I even paid for the bulbs. It’s the kind caring sort of person that I am.

there's only 1 filament 'bulb' on my W166 ML & that's the reverse light. I once found a YouTube video on how to change it .... looks like you need to take a week off work to change it!

My good deed wasn't exactly Bank busting. These were H7's and 21W Bayonet bulbs, not LED's or Zenon's.

On the subject of headlight bulbs, the best car ever for changing them on has to be a P3 Volvo V70 (and probably some other Volvo's), pull up two metal 'legs' in the slam panel area, slide out headlight, remove multiplug. All of about 15 secs!
Remove the rear cover - two plastic clips, one metal - and you can see every bulb, only one that is slightly fiddly is the sidelight / position light although that might be easier on a car without Active Bending Lights.
