Chose to drive down the M1. The roadworks started fifty years ago seem to still be going on. 50 limit for about a thousand miles. The cranes at Sheffield cheered me up for a few minutes.

Police closed the road to my unit due to accident (another idiot that cant drive then) so had to go via Watery Lane, good reason its called that as it floods. Afoot to eighteen ins that was no probs for the go anywhere Yeti and the 3 SUVs I was following but we got held up by some tit in a Range Rover backing up the single track lane as it was too deep!!!

Not even sure its possible to see a GP these days. Online only appointment system and the daily slots they will deal with fill up in no time.
It doesnt help that its happened in a run of night shifts. Could have done without that.

If you can’t get seen, skip the system and go to A&E. Specialists won’t be in until the morning but they can still do X-rays, scans etc on the evening shift, and at least you’ll be on the system.
Hope you get it sorted. Sadly it’s a case of who shouts loudest.

No recent jabs. Not TCV, drinking plenty of water.
Feel quite a bit better today, so hopefully some kind of bug thats now almost run its course.
Not much worse than a normal standard headache now, which I can put up with for a day or two if I have to.
Got several days off work from tomorrow morning which should also help.

It came back with a vengeance last night. Ended up driving to A&E (somehow) at 2am.
Blood pressure through the roof and two brainscans later diagnosed with an Aneurysum !
not sure yet if it will involve surgery or not.
Ive had better days 🙄

Jesus, Albs, it's a good job you decided to go the A&E. I sincerely hope everything turns out alright mate
