My daughter, youngest of my three children, was about to start school for the first time. Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!

I had also again gained promotion and was driving a new Cavalier 1.8 SRi...zoom....zoom; it was about this time I achieved my first 130 mph on the M5!  Like a rocket on rails!!

It had overdrive on 2nd ,3rd and top gear..
I was on holiday with my girlfriend in Porlock Somerset. great  days.

well im 40 tomorrow and 25 year ago i had my 15th birthday in salou. thinking i could drink...... i did capture tho....lol but thats another story

28th August 1983, I was a police cadet in Weston Super Mare. 22:49 in the evening, I was probably getting ready to go out and blag our way into every nightclub in town for a free night out.  8-)

Being in the 'job', albeit as a gadget, in those days had very good fringe benefits.
