Don't mind most of the questions which I understand are necessary, but I don't like the one where they ask you if you take it up the arse. (They don't word it quite like that)

Yes. Up at 5:30, carry wifey's stuff out to the car, after defrosting it if necessary. Get son up, feed and water, off to college. Take doggie for an hour long walk. Do the shopping. Feed neighbours horses. Lunch. Take doggie for number 2 walk. Afternoon tv whilst ironing, washing, etc. Cook sons tea. Cook our tea ( different teas, different times). Do the dishes. Watch eastenders  . Collapse in bed.
Do it all again, all day, every fickin day.
