You have to have been around a bit to remember this serial criminal.

Brinks Mat robbery 1983, policeman who dies in his garden but was self defence, road rage murder on the M25 in 1996.

I am gobsmacked he is up for "open prison" after only 15 years. Maybe he has seen the light and is now a reformed good man. Personally, three strikes should apply. 

What do you think? (bear in mind he may be out soon when you answer :o).
