Then Apocalypse Now (Redux)....i.e. the uncut longer one, much better!

A good war film.....any really just like them....like The Dambusters....I just love the name of Guy Gibsons dog, there would be uproar these days!

I'm a big fan of the Sunday afternoon classic war film, sadly rarely on, and struggling to find some of them on DVD.

Longest Day, Guns or Navarone, 633 Squadron, Dambusters, A bridge too Far etc etc.

I have to recommend the Redux version of Apocalypse now....the extra scenes are brilliant.........its amazing what a bunny girl will do for a barrel of fuel oil!

I shall see if I can find one - never seen the normal one, let alone extended/uncut one, so should be a good watch :)
