I paid £70 for this jet washer in Macro. No attachments. But it was a couple of years ago.

Actually that's not quite right. Mine didn't have the patio cleaner thingy. But I got one cheaper off gaybay anyway.

Best option at the moment is a Karcher K4 which are just over a ton from the Karcher outlet site, avoid the K2 as they are a crappy universal motor making them far more noisy and much less reliable.

They don't use a great deal of water to be honest, less than a hose pipe would.  :y

We have more water round these parts as a result. And obviously, we don't drink the local water either. Which also helps ;)

Kircher where twice the price when I got my Nilfisk which was almost half the machine Mart price. Good old Macro. (For once)

I don't use it that often but it does everything I ask if it, including cleaning the decking twice a year. It's got equal poke to my neighbours Kircher of equivelant size. Whatever that is. :-\

The point really though, is Machine Mart aren't as cheap as they make out. Even at the sale price it's almost double what I paid at Macro.

Virtually everybody claims they are cheaper than everybody else and it's a bargain but when you start comparing prices, you soon work out who are genuine and who are telling porkies. Caveat Emptor.

Anyway, back on topic  ::)

Imo, if Lidl has the one they normally sell in then grab it both hands.
Can't be arsed with digging the specs out but put it this way ............... it will take paint and varnish off furniture with ease.
Also removes all sorts of crap off engines, concrete walls, brick work and paths without the use of detergents too.

Comes with a 25 foot pipe, spinning brush type contraption which works fine with the detergent bottle, variable lance and a blaster lance which spins / pulses the water jet.
This also causes friggin nasty bruises if you've been sat in the garden with a few mates (and lots of beer) and decided it time to power wash a mate who had fallen asleep pished  :-[ :D :D

All with a 3 year, no bullshit warranty (1st 12 months with the shop) for about 85 quid  :y
