2.2 CD auto facelift
« on: 29 December 2013, 13:41:04 »

Just a heads up as I'm in Suffolk until the 2nd and when I get back I'll be selling the 2.2

139617 miles (replacement 70k engine in 2010 with cambelt kit)

Good bits:

Taxed until the end of June 2014
Mot until end of April 2014
New exhaust
New battery
2 good tyres 2 tyres only covered 3000 miles
Air con cold
No uneven tyre wear
Original spare and jack
2 keys and original handbook pack.
Partial stamped service book with loads of receipts for work on steering rack, gearbox, brakes ect.
Engine very smooth
Interior clean
Recent towbar with twin electrics
Last oil change done 3000 miles ago.

Bad bits:
Gearbox is smooth and kickdown/changes fine but occasionally 3rd gear just isn't as smooth. Only when pottering about it has felt clumsy from 2nd to 3rd. Under acceleration it's fine.
Glovebox broken
Coolant/brake pad warning on Display but all are fine
Passenger door lock intermittent
Scuff on front bumper
Bubbling on 1 arch.
Handbrake holds fine but may need adjustment in the future.

I don't want a lot for it. It's a cheap useable mig with a decent mot and 6 months tax (worth £110 on its own).

£425 to fellow members (firm)

There was something steering related. Will have to sift through receipts.

Not bad mate. Saved from the scrap heap because of a few minor faults. Low ATF and battery
