as some of you know, I had some mods like 3.0 cams (inlet+exhaust), inlet divider, 3.0 ECU and some polishing..
 
here is the condition of car
 
Engine  : X25XE
ECU      : stock 2.5 ECU (car was auto before)
tyres    :  195/65-15 Goodyear UG-500 Winter tyres
Gearbox : Getrag 240 (5-speed)
Differential : 3.90
 
here is the dyno results from 2 centers before mods (3rd not scanned as it was very close)

only cam mods wont give 33.3 hp alone   and I dont expect 15 hp difference from polishing..
 
I guess 2.5 and 3.0 ecu maps must be different.. although we didint dyno after ecu change (wish I had) the car was completely different even without cams and polishing..

The ECUs are identical hardware AFAIK, but different config (but I don't know how different).

honestly I cant explain more than 18 hps of gain   polishing alone will never give this much of power imo..

So, was that 3.0 cams and 3.0 ECU? Surely not just the ECU?

yes.. 3.0 cams+3.0 ecu+(manifold+plenum)*polishing
 
but still I'm unable to explain the big difference..
