while watching tv there was a program on discovery channel which shows the process of coffee.. this reminded me a friend programmer which I worked together in a project for some months.. (long years ago I was 35 if I remember correctly and he was similiar age)
 
he simply took a big size nescafe bottle with him in the morning.. start to drink cup by cup (with only sugar no other additive) and about time we will leave job he had finished the whole bottle.. everyday
 
in this time I had no idea how dangerous this habit was..  today if I try the same either I will have a heart attack the same day, or my kidneys blocked with stones or at least I cant sleep for a whole year if not any other bad thing dont happen

Haha like my mother-in who really commited to put off some weight and she is proving this day by day as she reads about different ways of diet everyday ...

there is something which disturbs her health more than her teas
 
normally she is a clever person (father and mother are both doctors and living in USA) and worked in military projects before she borned her baby (then gave up for job) , but she drinks several beers everyday and consumes a whole bottle of chokella (thats a mixture of chocolate and hazelnut) and a load of bread which I discovered a few months ago..
 
after some trials I  discard the chokella from her diet..

Its got to be BAD

Just one spoon of sugar in one cup of tea a day in the morning for washing away morphine for me , rest of day is water . If your sugar toothed its a nightmare at every cake shop

cant have sugar in anything been a diabetic i reckon im beter with out it aby way but i do drink about 15-20 mugs of tea every day coffee i cant touch unless its filterd  instant is bad for my kiddneys because ive got ckd5 with only 15% function i dont miss it i do miss jam and bread though evan though ive been diabetic for 30 years and diabetic jam gives you the sh1ts well the amount iwould eat dose
