To change or not to change
« on: 07 February 2013, 14:06:42 »

My little work car is slowly dieing clutch is more or less gone wheel bearing on its way out tax and mot at the end of the month welding needs doing to pass mot and to be honest its probably going to cost over £500 to get all the above sort on a £600 car is it worth doing. I might take this chance to get back into an omega would it be hard to find one around the £500 mark with tax and mot?

I know an 80000 mile 53 plate came in to Eden Vauxhall Camberley last week. It booked at £300 and they tell me they gave £600 as part ex. Trying to find where it is now.

Last year I bought my year 2000 F/L 3.0 Elite for £400 all be it without tax but it did have 8mths M.O.T,and I didn't have to look too hard to find it.So I would say that yes an Omega for £500 should be feasible.

I'm going to look at a 2000 cdx 2.5 I've had a good chat about it and it seems like a good one. I'll just wait and see I'm going to look Saturday
