Yes, every year at least for some weeks if winter's not too hard.  :y If hard it takes 2-3 months along.  :)

I thought it was going to snow this morning, but it didnt. Then again at lunch time, but no. A few flakes this afternoon. 'Here it comes' I thought. No, it stopped straight away. I will peek through the blinds periodically and let you know if it actually happens. I just know that you have fick all else to worry about.
