  .  It came with an unopened one litre pack of something called......Mazda Dexelia Ultra 5w30. It even came in its own zip up pouch.

Personally, I've never heard of this Mazda Dexelia shite before. Is it any good?

When I first saw this car it was sitting in a  double garage next to an equally immaculate 1989 ZX-10.The guy had it main dealer serviced every 12 months despite rarely driving it.

The Mazda DSR printout shows.

2010.........5696 miles...........12,500 mile/12 month service completed.

2011.........7501 miles...........25,000 mile/24 month service completed

2012.........8384 miles...........37,500 mile/36 month service completed.

How crazy is that?

The previous owner certainly didn't seem short of a bob or two.

Annual servicing regardless of mileage. It's the minimum I would expect from a FSH car.

If you want to know how painful noise can be,take the exhaust of it and then start it.
I used to marshall at a race track years ago where several people raced Mazda rotary engined cars (RX3 ?) with straight through exhausts,and the noise was excruciating. Maybe I should track them down and sue them for my  Tinnutus.

A mate of mine used to have a Westfield with a 13b in. It was as loud at idle as mine is at full chat. 120+ dBa at 1m. Revved like an angry wasp, though.
