Drivers Door Speaker Fault
« on: 29 August 2008, 22:27:01 »

I have a problem with my drivers door speakers not working. When you set stereo so that it is should be just drivers door working you can hear music very faintly. Is this down to an earth fault or is it possibl that the cables are damaged??

OK, I had a similar issue.

Check wiring in door (if it comes adrift, it may be worn/crimped/broken/exposused if window has caught on it).

Next check the big multiconnector in the door for poor connections.

Next most likely is back of HU

Last connector is in drivers kickpanel.
