As said in subject. When I put seat heater on I hear "Click" somewhere close to fuse box. After about one minute I hear another "Click" and after 10 seconds of that the button lights get off. It does not matter what power (how many bars) I put on. Seat dos not heat. Then after 15 minutes when cabin is warm the seat heater srarts to work normally. Seat become hot with all power levels and stays on normally. I can start to study it with multimeter, relays, etc. but I am a bit lazy, if someone can to guide me to right direction. Internet is full of stories about this but not anything suitable for this random case.

My astra J 2014 used to do exactly the same thing, drivers side only. I put it down to the fact that as the drivers side gets the most use, something gets worn out.

Thanks Stemo, have to go deeper there, control module should be below the seat, I believe tahat I can measure resistance of elements after module. One quite similar case I found yesterday was broken T-element, which thought T was too high etc.

I would start at the 'fuse box' on newer cars this is actually an electronic module itself.

Check for evidence of water damage and/or heat damage on any of the components attached to it.

If that checks out, then remove the seat and strip it down. Check the seat module same as above and test the resistance of the heater pads in the seat.

Chances are that you have a short within the heater pads, but this could have already damaged other components.
