Hi, welcome to the forum.

Low mileage cars especially small engined ones, are attractive. The Omega V6’s if well maintained can do huge mileages.

The key question to ask is vehicle condition and maintenance. Cambelt changed to schedule, what are the wishbones like, is the car rotten and so on.? If you look at the maintenance guides all problems that the car suffers from are well covered .

Without looking over both cars , it is an impossible question. You need to compare both and then make the decision .

Hello and welcome to the forum. If you're not used to the V6 engines check out the maintenance guides for things to look out for/how to check them-cam covers, oil cooler etc-armed with this then go and look at each car.If there's no evidence of it being done budget for the cost of a timing belt kit change-should be 40,000mls/4yrs.Any mechanical issues can usually be fairly easily be sorted though so really pay attention to bodywork-check sills as best you can[they're hidden for the most part by the sill covers though],rear arches and front chassis rails where the subframe attaches. Then buy the best condition one.

Buy the one that has the least rot, best interior, paint, frequent use, maintenance and price.

In that order.

Very low mileage on a nearly 20 year old car is something I would try to avoid.

in which case he needs a 3.0l, or a 3.2 as a second choice. It needs to run and the gearbox change gears OK. And be cheap. Nothing else matters.

Doesn't really matter, they're going to die, pretty quickly going round in circles, so buy all 3.

Given the OP's activity, I suspect he doesn't really care, and this is probably a p155 take. 8)
