hats off......
« on: 29 November 2006, 12:45:59 »

hats off to vx (for a change) i had my cambelt kit and water pump done yesterday and it now sounds so quiet i must have stalled it 3 times on the way home!! tech2 came up with incorrect signal crank sensor, which i knew about, but the other codes stored were wiped and did not come back up. all i have to do next is the crank sensor, thermostat and plonk a new pollen filter in and im away! i will attempt to do all these myself at a later date. tone.

Go ahead and get your crank sensor.  Mine went and took a week to come in!  I hear the thermostat is a PITA.  I hit my pollen filter with a Henry and was happy with the results, get the leaves out from below it too.
