Urgent help required please.

Changed the Cam Sensor on my miggy today wished a hadn't bothered. Keeps breaking down loss of power then cuts out managed to get it home in limp mode. Anyone help me out. Cheers in advance.

Was it a genuine Vx part .... i belive pattern parts can be quite dodgy  :-/

Now your asking dont think so got someone to pick it up for me. Think that might be the problem?

If it was picked up from a VX dealer, not so much of a problem.  if it was picked up from a motor factors, then its a pattern copy and liable to failure...

I know others on here say pattern parts are p*sh  ... i used genuine when i did mine and had no problems  :y

pateern cam and crank sensors do seem to give issues

yep had same problem on my 2.2 cd tried a cheepie version --then bought-- VX Siemens Cam Sensor
goes great
