Mine stopped working earlier, after i discovered i left the car open for the past few days :-[

anyway, changed the battery, still doesn't work, do i need to re-sync it with the car?

Yep, sorry dont know how as I have a different type.
I belive you put the key in the ignition and turn it on so the lights are on then you lock and open the car with fob. but like I said I'm not sure.

did try that, and nothing happened, i have a feeling i need a new fob :(

it's all a bit odd.  according to the pics i have the megamoss tam fob, as used on non factory alarm fitted models i.e gls, yet mine has an alarm as its a CDX?

any ideas why this is?

THat is because the comments are wrong - that is acommon fob for alarm equipped cars
