update on non starter please help!!!!

please help right then , i have  changed the starter as seems to be knocking from there ,  checked the earth straps ,
  i have tried to stsrt it but still no look and there is still a knocking noise ,
seems only once complete turn of the engine ,
 did not do it when i used a spanner to check the timing ,

 i need all your help please as im not really happy at the moment   :'(

Can you hear anything, when you turn the engine over with a spanner?  Have you done a paperclip test?  :-/

 no noise when use  of the spanner , i did a paper clip test the other day and code 15 came up , which i got told coolant temp,
no other codes ,  :y

 looks like i got every one stumped  :-/

Have you connected the cam sensor and crank sensor?

yes everything connected, going to double check tomorrow,
and for that noise i have no idea ?  :(

Could be the solenoid on the starter thats dodgy? or knackered battery.

  i put the battery of the mig i use to try and still no luck !!

Have you checked all 5 (I think) earth straps? I know you said you checked but how many of them? Is the connection to the body free from corrosion? Just going through the book of lies to eliminate possible causes.

   i left the crank in the same place , , thanks  :y

 what are the chances of the fly wheel be broke , (tooth broken )
