I personally think you need to consult a solicitor on the basis that he is harrassing you Nick.
On the first occasion they won't be able to do much other than get a restraining order against him, but the minute he breaks that (and it sounds like he will) then the courts get seriously pi**ed off as they don't like having their orders flouted.

Let the law do your dirty work for you

there was nonce in my old estate some allegations were made against him and the police were called in his house was dawn raided his computer taken away and hes now in HMP Blakenhurst serving a 5yr sentance

If you're gonna consider going down that road Nick, you might as well do the job properly instead of playing the intimidation game.

The proper job is throw him in the boot of a car, take him to a flat that no-one knows about, strip him, tie him up, beat him, inject him with heroin daily for at least 30 days, then throw him stark naked back on to the street clucking like a bitch for his next fix.

Very true.  But is he just a nosey old got that is bored stupid, or . . . .

My neighber for examaple has a habbit of telling kids off about rubbish and reporting people as she see's fit.  Now as some of you may remember, this is my Neurotic neighber, who is on benefits and has just ripped her insurance company off for the second time.  Keeps doing DIY at up to 4 AM and just just a complete pain.

Allthough she is a complete PITA I have to live next door to her, so I turn a blind eye.  But it seems the young lads didnt take to kindly to her.  Seems they jumped her 6 foot fence and slashed 3 of her car tyres.  Then after annother go at them it seems they cleared the shop fronts of dog poo for her . . . . . . . . . and put it through her letter box late one night.

You should have told those lads that were doing drugs down the side of your car that time, that the old man had reported them . . . .and then wait for the revenge.
