Cold air and no heat

Hi guy's, i have no heat and want to know what will be the cause. I have an MV6 03 plate and wonder what is a common problemb with these. I had heat other day and i reset it but all i get is cold air. Please help.

Take vac pipe off HBV. Set heating to Hi.

Run engine up to temp, are both pipes into the heater matrix hot?

Oh dear, I had a leaking HBV a few months back and as it is located very awkwardly at the back of the engine, I had to pay my garage to replace it. Apparently, they learned a few new swear words!
I've just Photoshopped a couple of pictures for you, but I have no idea how to post them on here.....
