EP 80 or better, mobil 75w90.. cant remember how much at the moment..
Never, ever, ever put EP (Extreme Pressure) oil in a synchromesh gearbox. The EP additive is for hypoid gears (crown & pinion gears with offset centres & lots of sliding action).

Once contaminated with EP additive the synchro hubs will never work properly again  :(

can tell you 75w90 works perfectly in spain!!!lol summer or winter where its often minus 10 here in the mountains!! Thumbs Up!
and of course around 35 to 40 in the summer!!
and ibet the castrol is cheaper than the mobil Cem Grin Thumbs Up!
Yes, I agree with Omegatoy :y . No EP additive :y

as I said, for older getrags ep can be used and I used without problem.. but in winter its not performing as I expected..
but can be used..
