think you remove door panel then you release spring catchs underneath switch or if like passenger side you use small screwdrivers on outer edge of switch housing and prise upwards-careful not to scratch though.

I think it just pops out and unplugs? Easier with the door card off probably. That one looks pretty good condition - the coating on mine is peeling off  :-[
Maybe need to think about replacing it but may be hard to find a better one  :-\

thanks for the link mate should make it allot easier that guessing where the screws are and making holes everywhere  ;D
