These cars are alot tougher than we give them credit for...

Perhaps they where different in Germany but a 3.2 with 15inch steel wheels and hubcaps from a 1994 Omega seems a bit odd to me.

Given the time of year and that it's Germany, I'd guess those are his winter wheels and winter tyres
