How is the best way to remove the wood trim from doors? (prefacelift elite) Do I have to remove all of the door panel? If so is there any wiring or electrics to look out for?

Been struggling with the father in law to remove a welded towbar and the facia to put MV6 one in, only to look at TB's guide on climate bulb renewal and have found out about the locking bar  ::) ;D

Sand Paper, lots of it.

Eh?? What be that for then ?  :-/

Keep rubbing the wood with it, untill you get to the plastic  :y

tis plastic just with wood style coating !!  ;D ;D

And how awful it looks! Hence the carbon trim  :y :y

They're all welded to some degree  :-? , but they all bolt to the car using the same fixing points.

Bar has had extra peices added and welded to car frame. Can only think it has been used for huge loads. The bar itself is in good shape and 'normal'  :y
