Research the V6 carefully, reasonably good seller in the US son information should be easy enough to find.

Cambelt driven 3.5 mounted for wwd...
A friend in Texas has the 2 door version with the same engine, currently on 300,000miles and still going strong...

Hondas don't go wrong much, but when they do the parts prices are horrific.

The biggest problem with a Legend is how are you going to find one?

Four wheel drive????
Admittedly not very centrally located! But 30second search on AT->

I've just been considering the question of what to replace an Omega with, and stumbled on the Honda Legend.  Due to seemingly massive depreciation later ones are within budget, they share big saloon creature comforts, V6 petrol running costs which I am slowly becoming accustomed to (probably even worse than Omega give the extra weight of modern toys and safety) and add 4 wheel drive, and Jap built reliability (assuming they have been maintained properly, and not Gumtreed).  What does the audience think?

Mmmm the colour is not ideal nowadays - bit out of fashion, but at the time it was nice. Black recaro leather and telephone headset/Bose sound. Rare manual as well

I bought this car when it was about 1 year old with 8k miles on it. 1st owner was Vauxhall Motors - suspect a demo or staff car. This was from the stealer in Bridlington, East Yorkshire.

I had to sell it about 7 months later due to upsizing our house at the time, so had to liquidate some assets. I sold it to Nidd Vale Motors network Q -  in Harrogate.

A chap bought it from them and kept it ever since, only putting about 45k miles on it over 17 years.

I’ve got the original invoice when I bought it, but spent nothing on it due to short time I had it.

The previous owner has however passed me a full file of maintenance etc including the purchase invoice when he bought it, together with all MOTs.

I contacted DVLA and to cut a long story short bought it back from him. So the V5 shows me as the previous owner  :)

Certainly a hood history backed up with paperwork and handbooks etc.....
Great story, look after that car!

Thank you all for your replies.

I had a set custom made; they're good, but not an exact facsimile.

Respectfully

UPS or FedEx would be my first choices...

Bubblewrap and cardboard less so :-\

FedEx aren't coming up as options through Interparcel.....
I'm not selling the spoiler and it's none of my business (or anyone else's really), but if I was serious about selling one, I would have contacted the OP by PM, then negotiated the costs including purchase price privately. But as it is out in the open - £100 purchase price (or whatever figure you really want) with £150 P&P , and Bob's yer Uncle - all sorted.
But if there is a degree of reluctance to sell the spoiler, then keep it....
It all seems to be getting over complicated imho...
You are so right!!

The bubblewrap and cardboard does make if larger, and costing is done on volumetric weight.  However, having had to twice send a Carlton fuel tank to Japan, which was encased in a triple layer cardboard box with 6mm plywood reinforcement top and bottom, which was damaged both times, perhaps I am being a bit over cautious now.
